Every product we sell has its own maker and its own name. We carry the ones that pass one test: they would have made our own companies easier to run.

Quietcheck takes them over: the books, the invoices, the schedule and the weekly numbers. Software does the routine part. A person you can name handles the rest.
Staff connect outside tools to company files and email.
SkyVakt shows you which outside AI tools can reach your files and email. It closes the ones you never approved.
Everything runs on spreadsheets, email and a shared drive.
Your own system is the one place your company runs from. It starts from the spreadsheets you already have. You see it working within a week.
We add products from other makers when they pass the same test. If the job that takes your time is not here, tell us about it.
How buying works
You buy everything through one company.
You deal with one person. The person who first came to see you stays with you. They know what you have and what could help next.
One agreement covers everything you buy from us. Each product still comes from its maker. You only ever sign with Vestfell.
You know the price before you start. There is no set-up fee and no long contract. You can stop with a month's notice.
Your tools stay your tools. The work runs inside the software you already use. Anything we hold for you is kept in Canada. It is never mixed with another company's.
It gets better every month. The monthly price includes fixes and improvements. What you buy in March is better by June at the same price.
Who we are
We are a Calgary company that sells across Canada.
Vestfell is run by a small group of people who have run companies of their own. We know what it costs an owner to keep one going after hours.
The name puts two words together. Vest is Norwegian for west. A fell is a mountain, in an old word that English took from the Norse. We are from the West and proud of it. We sell to companies from Victoria to St. John's.
