How buying works
You pay by the month, and you know the number before you start.
You see it working before you decide. Where we can, we show you the thing running on your own information before you buy anything.
You pay one price a month. There is no set-up fee for a job and no long contract, and you know the number before you start.
You can stop with a month's notice. Everything it kept for you stays in your own tools, because that is where it always was.
Your tools stay your tools. The jobs run inside the software you already use, and anything we hold for you is kept in Canada and is never mixed with another company's.
You get the line in writing. Before anything starts, a plain page says what it does on its own and what it never does without you.
It gets better every month. The fee includes fixes and improvements, so what you buy in March is better by June at the same price.
Who we are
We are a Calgary company, and we sell across Canada.
Vestfell is run by a small group of people who have run companies and know what it costs an owner to keep the books, the invoices and the calendar straight after hours. The people behind what we sell have built the systems that law firms, medical services companies and contractors run on, in Alberta and in Norway.
The name puts two words together. Vest is Norwegian for west, and a fell is a mountain, an old word that English took from the Norse. We are from the West and proud of it, and we sell to companies from Victoria to St. John's.
Most of our customers hear about us from someone we already work with. We'd like to keep it that way.
